UV spraying transparent Primer

Uses: sealing Primer of flat or special shaped wood products, replace PE or PU to perform quick and efficient production.

Characteristics: high transparency, Resistance to heat and cold cycle, good Adhesion to PU Primer.

Dosage: 15-20g/m²

Construction procedure: white board → PU Didebao (room temperature2h)grinding → colroing (room temperature2h) → spraying PU Primer (room temperature4h)grinding → sprayingUV spraying Primer → grinding →color fixing → spraying PU Top-coat or UV Top-coat

Curing conditions: temperature set at leveling 65ºC, time × 3min (speed of 5m / min) → UV curing (two front and two sides of the strong light intensity lamp 12m / min).

Packing and storage: 20KG, Stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place; avoid direct sunlight and far away from fire. Shelf life is 6 months.

Precautions:

① PU bottom to rub evenly, not leak wipe, corner position, the groove where you want to thicken obliterated.

② PU Primer to spraying uniform, the corner position for an upset spraying. Attention to prevent sand wear when sanding.

③ UV Primer to uniform spraying, spraying too thick to prevent corner position.

④ UV lamps with energy to control the degree of curing UV Primer, incomplete curing may affect sanding.

⑤ Stir well before using.

⑥ This product is flammable items, should pay attention to the fire, to keep construction ambient air circulation.

⑦ The product has a light curing characteristics, avoid direct sunlight during use.

⑧ Avoid contact with skin and eyes, if they inadvertently come into contact with skin and eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water.
