Established in 1997, Huizhou Zhengwei Coating Co.,Ltd. is a professional, focused, single-minded manufacturer of furniture paints. Located in Huizhou city of Guangdong Province, our factory covers an area of 16000m². After years of development and growth, Zhengwei has become a hi-tech furniture paint manufacturing enterprise with powerful strengths on research and development, production, sales and technology. Now, we mainly produce all kinds of NC, PE, PU, UV furniture paints with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons.

Zhengwei has been taking "create customers wealth and value for society" as tenet since our foundation. There are advanced automated coating production lines and production equipments in our company now, including sand mill, dispersing machine two-speed machine and packaging machine, etc; we are also equipped with leading inspection and test apparatus such as optical hardness meter, chromatography analyzer, colorimeter, constant temperature and humidity machine, salt fog machine, film plating machine, electric film thickness instrument and Glossiness meter, etc.

We have successfully certificated to ISO9001 quality system, 14000 environmental system and China Compulsory Certification (3C), and have been recognized by society and government at the same time. There are a number of experienced technicians in our company for the manufacturing and research of furniture lacquers, and our industry-leading R&D team is consisted of dozens of technicians in the fields of testing and application and testing and application technology. Through establishing relations of technical communication and cooperation with world-wide famous chemical enterprises such as DuPont, Dow, Bayer, Corning, Ciba and Taiwan Changxing, we are working hard to lead the technical improvement of overall furniture paint with technological innovations.

Consistently adhering to the credo of "quality is the life of enterprise", all staffs of Zhengwei from the leadership to the grassroots employees take product quality as number one priority, and do our best to meet the higher and newer requirements of furniture paint field. A standardized and regular production is the basis of stable quality: we build a garden-style production plant (10,000sqm), with an annual output capacity of 120,000 tons. Through implementing "self-inspection, mutual-inspection, re-inspection" during production and adopting rigorous on-site supervision, we have the good ability to ensure that the achievement rate of production plan of orders≥99.6%, and the qualified rate of packaging≥99.8%.

Perfect production management system is the key to the quality of product, we use 6S, TQM production management, ERP and OA office software to sharing resources; our company set up quality management system ISO Office to strictly implement ISO9001 quality system and promote such tenet of quality management of "Three-not-let-go" (i.e.: identify problems and not let go till find the responsible person, identify problem and not let go till find cause of problem, identify problem and not let go till find solution); finally, the qualification rate of our products is 100% now.

The delivery of finished products and market of new products must be supervised and approved by quality management department, technical department and engineering application departments to ensure that only 100% qualified products can leave our company. All researched and developed new products must pass the lab test, pilot test and batch test, and only matured and stable products can be put into market. Therefore, customers can enjoy matured and stable products manufactured by our company. Never producing qualified products is the commitment of Zhengwei to customers.
