Uses: sealing Top-coat of flat or special shaped wood products.

Characteristics: high transparency, Resistance to heat and cold cycle, gopod stability.

Construction method: spraying

Dosage: 150-180g/m²

Construction procedure: UV, PE or PU Primer grinding dedust → spraying UV Top-coat

Curing conditions: 65ºC×3-5min, 600-800j/cm².

Packing and storage: 20KG, Stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place; avoid direct sunlight and far away from fire. Shelf life is 6 months.

Precautions:

① Stir before you use.

② contamination during use if available 200 mesh filter cloth after use, so as not to affect 's coating quality

③ UV roller paste Top-coat must keep cured completely, otherwise it will affect the film properties.

④ When you add a dyeing agent to UV Top-coat is required to test its feasibility.

⑤ UV Top-coat rework required, may be 400 # sandpaper grinding process or the use of UV repair water.

⑥ UV Primer of filling, and dust removal, plant cleaning status will affect the UV Top-coat paint film appearance.

⑦ This product is flammable items, should pay attention to the fire, to keep construction ambient air circulation.

⑧ This product has a light curing characteristics, avoid direct sunlight during use.

⑨ Avoid contact with skin and eyes, if they inadvertently come into contact with skin and eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water.
