Features:

6156 series is a thermoplastic acrylic resin matrix, combined with suitable additives and pigment-grade deployment of standard plastic coating. This series of coatings with high hardness, high gloss, high fullness, good interlayer adhesion, easy construction and other characteristics, widely used in plastic products and coating substrates.

Scope of application:

Car decorative accessories, motorcycles, household appliances, computers, electric cars, vacuum cleaners, mobile phones, televisions, power tools, toys and so on. Applicable substrates include ABS, AS, PS, IPS, PP, PC, PVC and other plastic surfaces for coating.

Precautions:

1, matching the diluent is V643, open oil ratio of paint: thinner = 1: 2.5

2, after opening paint cans should be fully mix, apply thinner wash tank bottom residue tune drums to join together in order to avoid color.

3, after being diluted paint, apply a 120 mesh screen (metallic paint excluded) after filtering in.

4, after the coating to prevent dust, sand painting surface contamination.

5, painting tools cleaned immediately after use.

6, plastic paint storage period of one year.

7, Paint should be sealed and stored in a cool dry place and away from fire.

8, rainy weather or high humidity construction environment, it is recommended to add the use of our high performance Whitewater.
