Scope: widely used non-ferrous metal surfaces, such as copper, aluminum, aluminum alloys, electroplating products

Product composition: thermosetting acrylic resin, an amino group, an epoxy resin, an organic solvent, additives and other

Color: Clear

The main technical parameters:

1, the baking conditions 100ºC-130ºC×30-25min

2, 9-12 seconds spray viscosity (25ºC, Iwata# 2 viscosity cup); spray pressure 3-4.5kg/cm³; spraying distance 10-20CM

3, the hardness of H-2H

4, flexibility ≥500G×50CM

5, the gloss ≥90% (60 degree angle)

6, the salt spray test ≥72H (5% saline)

Painting: Normal spraying or electrostatic spraying

Thinner: direct spray, usually without added diluent

Precautions:

1, first Stir well before use

2, the substrate surface should be cleaned with stains before spraying to ensure adhesion coefficient

3, with a 300 mesh filter and then spraying

4, compressed air and a variety of instruments to be dry, clean

5, pressure 4KG/CM², gun distance 10-20CM
