Description: UV2100 is a cost-effective UV products. The product uses the latest formation mechanism and special processing technology, it has a protruding surface leveling effect and surface dirt oil capacity, and to maintain a high yield. Products applicable to ABS, PC, ABS + PC plastic substrates, high film hardness, good adhesion, leveling excellent, water and salt spray resistance excellent, high hardness and wear resistance, in line with EU RoHS2002/95/EC instruction

Scope: apply to all types of high-end electronic products cabinet UV coating, such as mobile phones, CD players, MP3, MP4, notebook computers, digital cameras, etc.

Product composition: a photocurable polyurethane resin, a photoinitiator, a reactive diluent

Appearance (visual): clear, colorless or slightly yellow transparent liquid

Solids: 70-75%

Viscosity (2# Iwata cup & 25ºC): 26.5-30s

Spraying viscosity (2# Iwata cup & 25ºC): 8.5-9.0s

Dilution ratio: UV2100: V701=1: 0.6-0.8

Precautions:
