Description: UV2200 is a common type of UV products. The product uses the latest formation mechanism and special processing technology, it has a protruding surface leveling effect, and to maintain a high yield.Recommended to use with the company supporting the 6188 series UV primer. Products applicable to ABS, PC, ABS + PC plastic substrates, high film hardness, good adhesion, leveling excellent, water and salt spray resistance excellent, high hardness and wear resistance, in line with EU RoHS2002/95/EC instruction

Scope: apply to all types of high-end electronic products cabinet UV coating, such as mobile phones, CD players, MP3, MP4, notebook computers, digital cameras, etc.

Product composition: a photocurable polyurethane resin, a photoinitiator, a reactive diluent

Finished Size:

Appearance (visual): clear, colorless or slightly yellow transparent liquid

Solids: 70-75%

Viscosity (2# Iwata cup & 25ºC): 26.5-30s

Spraying viscosity (2# Iwata cup & 25ºC): 8.5-9.0s

Technical Parameters:

Construction Technology: material - cleaning → spraying 6188 series UV primer - thermal curing (60ºC×30min) → UV 2200UV gloss oil -UV curing → test and packaging.

Dilution ratio: UV2200: V701=1: 0.6-0.8

Precautions:
