UV2800 plastic & rubber UV gloss oil

Description: UV2800 UV product is a tool for the metal substrate. The product uses the latest formation mechanism and special processing technology, it has a protruding surface leveling effect, high film hardness, good adhesion, leveling excellent, water and salt spray resistance excellent, high hardness and wear resistance , in line with EU RoHS2002/95/EC directive. The company must be supporting the use of 6188 Series UV primer.

Scope: applied to metal substrates tinplate, zinc alloy, aluminum, electroplating products

Product composition: a photocurable polyurethane resin, a photoinitiator, a reactive diluent

Finished Size:

Appearance (visual): clear, colorless or slightly yellow transparent liquid

Solids: 70-75%

Viscosity (2# Iwata cup & 25ºC): 26.5-30s

Spraying viscosity (2# Iwata cup & 25ºC): 8.5-9.0s

Technical Parameters:

Construction Technology: material - cleaning → spraying 6188 Series UV primer - thermal curing (60ºC×30min) → UV 2800UV gloss oil -UV curing → test and packaging.

Coating way: manual spray or spraying automatic production line

Thinner: V701

Dilution ratio: UV2800: V701=1: 0.6-0.8

Precautions:

1, first Stir well before use

2, after opening the oil seal, attention away from ultraviolet radiation

3, the substrate surface stains should be cleaned before spraying to ensure adhesion coefficient

4, with a 300 mesh filter and then spraying

5, compressed air and a variety of instruments to be dry, clean

6, dust-free environment before spraying into the UV curing machine
