Paint: blue water: Whitewater: Thinner=100:1.2:1.4:30-50(wt), when the humidity decreases the blue water and white water discretion to reduce, humidity increases, the blue water and white water may be increased.

Construction method:

1. Preparation method (Reference)(25ºC-30ºC)

Component A: 100 portions paint with 30-40 Thinner, stir joined Blue Water 1.8 portions and immediately stir, filter back.

Component B: 100 portions paint with 30-40 Thinner, stir join Whitewater 2.2 portions and immediately stir, filter back (Note: Component B construction effectiveness of 2h).

2. The Component A with Component B 1: 1 after the mixture evenly, immediately spraying, when atomized spray paint deterioration occurred during the time, can not be reused, to be re-equipped with paint.

3. The coating amount can not exceed 220g / m2, each time re-coating, the intermediate process must be polished, and the polished recoating intervals not exceeding 6h.

4. The grinding time under normal conditions, the film should be after 5h (No. 240 sandpaper).

Packing and storage:

20KG metal pail. Stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Shelf life is two months from date of manufacture. if expired, qualified products after tested is still usable.
