UV3300 vacuum plating primer

Description: UV3300 vacuum plating primer is a suitable cosmetics, handicrafts with UV products. Designed for plastic surface vacuum coating process developed. Application of the latest formation mechanism and special processing technology, it has a protruding surface leveling effect, good fullness and maintain a high yield. Recommendations and UV6000 series topcoats. Products applicable to ABS, PC, ABS + PC, PP and other plastic substrates, film flexibility, good adhesion to the aluminum substrate and good. Compliance with EU RoHS2002/95/EC directive.

Scope: apply to all types of high-end cosmetics, handicrafts UV vacuum coating paint.

Product composition: a photocurable polyurethane resin, a photoinitiator, a reactive diluent

Construction Technology: material - Clean → vacuum plating primer UV3300 (when the substrate material is PP, PP treatment agent should be sprayed) -UV curing (600-800mj/cm 2) → PVD coating - → vacuum plating finish -UV curing → testing, packaging.

Coating way: manual spray or spraying automatic production line

Thinner: spray directly

Precautions:

1, first Stir well before use

2, after opening the oil seal, attention away from ultraviolet radiation

3, the substrate surface stains should be cleaned before spraying to ensure adhesion coefficient

4, with a 300 mesh filter and then spraying

5, compressed air and a variety of instruments to be dry, clean

6, dust-free environment before spraying into the UV curing machine
