UV intermediate-coating dyeing Primer

Uses: intermediate-coating dyeing (color fixing) between UV Primer and UV Top-coat's coating of Solid wood or Veneer board sticking furniture.

Construction method: roller paste

Dosage: 5-10g/m²

Construction procedure: UV Primer process and matte→UV intermediate-coating dyeing Primer (add oily color)→UV semi-cured →UV roller paste matter clear Top-coat

Curing control:

① half-light and does not need sanding, direct 's coatings Top-coat, the film to be cured to a slightly tacky surface, or by, the surface is not sticky, but there are fingernail scratches.

② need to be completely dry and sanding and spraying PU Top-coat, the film to be fully cured.

Packing and storage: 20KG, Stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place; avoid direct sunlight and far away from fire. Shelf life is 6 months.

Precautions:

① color fine amount can not exceed 10%.

② UV energy is controlled by controlling the degree of drying paint film.

③ through energy UV lamp to adjust the degree of curing UV Putty. Under cured affect sanding, after curing hardness is too high and may affect subsequent UV coating adhering. If subsequent PE or PU spray paint is completely dry when available.

④ Stir in use should be preceded.

⑤ This product is flammable items, should pay attention to the fire, to keep construction ambient air circulation.

⑥ The product has a light curing characteristics, avoid direct sunlight during use.

⑦ Avoid contact with skin and eyes, if they inadvertently come into contact with skin and eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water.
